I'm not sure if it's widely known that Mats Öberg put out an excellent album of solo piano interpretations of Zappa tunes called "Frankful". Just came out this year. It's available on Spotify and I'm sure elsewhere.

Thanks for the pointer - I've listened to part of "Leather" and of "Inca
Roads", which was interesting, but not something I'd listen to often
enough to be worth buying. Of course ymmv, so give it a try.
